You probably know by now that reviews are important. In fact, they are very important as 90% of consumers read reviews before visiting a business, and 72% of your potential customers won’t take action unless they read your online reviews.
However, studies show that a customer is more likely to leave a review after a negative experience than a positive one. And negative reviews mean lost business.
So, you want only positive reviews? How can you maximize chances for positive reviews and minimize negative ones?

NPS stands for Net Promoter Score which is a metric used in customer experience programs. NPS measures the loyalty of customers to a company. Once you the link is generated,You can use it everywhere in your emails and SMS, including in your NPS flow as demonstrated below.

SMS is the new Email: Use it!
SMS is very effective in getting the audience’s attention, and efficiently converting contacts. How so? While only 10% of email messages are opened, 98% of text messages are read, and 90% within 3 seconds!
