You probably know by now that reviews are important. In fact, they are very important as 90% of consumers read reviews before visiting a business, and  72% of your potential customers won’t take action unless they read your online reviews. 

However, studies show that a customer is more likely to leave a review after a negative experience than a positive one. And negative reviews mean lost business. 

So, you want only positive reviews? How can you maximize chances for positive reviews and minimize negative ones?

NPS stands for Net Promoter Score which is a metric used in customer experience programs. NPS measures the loyalty of customers to a company. SeoSamba Net Promoter Score is measured with a single question survey “How likely are you to recommend us?” and reported with a rating from 0 to 10, a higher score is desirable, customers are segmented in 3 categories; Detractor, Neutral, and Promoters.

But let’s come back to NPS, make sure to have created a review request link for Google My Business and also for Facebook in your MOS.

Your SeoSamba review request links will let you further mitigate any potential reputation issues, by appealing to your customers when they state their intention to leave a negative review.

And because good news can also flock together, we improved that screen, so that you can personalize that appeal with a headshot, message, and signature. Yet another unique SeoSamba feature!

Once you the link is generated,You can use it everywhere in your emails and SMS, including in your NPS flow as demonstrated below.

Default email templates and messages are deployed along with all required functionalities with every new SeoToaster powered website and CRM. SMS is the new Email: Use it! 

SMS is very effective in getting the audience’s attention, and efficiently converting contacts. How so? While only 10% of email messages are opened, 98% of text messages are read, and 90% within 3 seconds!

Many SMS marketing tools offer a way to blast dozens of text messages. But as you would expect by now, SeoSamba’s CRM has to go further.
