The SeoSamba Looker Studio Connector enables users to securely connect their self-hosted SeoSamba CRM to Google Looker Studio for custom reporting and data visualization.
To establish the connection, users input their CRM domain and login credentials directly into the connector interface. The connector then uses secure API requests to retrieve relevant CRM data—such as leads, organizations, and sales activity—which are used to populate dynamic reports in Looker Studio.
No data is stored, cached, or processed on SeoSamba servers. All data flows securely and in real time between the user’s CRM and Looker Studio.

- Click the “Use the SeoSamba CRM Connector in Looker Studio” button below to open the connector in Looker Studio.
- Connect SeoSamba CRM Enter your CRM Domain, Username, and Password in the configuration screen.
- Select the Report Type ( Leads, Organizations, e.g.,).
- Authorize the connector to access your CRM data.
- After authorization, create a report in Looker Studio by adding a table and selecting fields from the connector schema. Data will populate dynamically from your CRM instance.
Note: This connector securely fetches data directly from your self-hosted SeoSamba CRM instance. No data is stored on external servers.

SeoSamba affirms that its Looker Studio Connector:
Does not use or transfer data obtained through Google APIs for any purpose other than providing the connector’s core functionality.
Does not use artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models to access, process, or analyze user data.
Does not use or access Google Workspace APIs or Google Photos APIs.
Does not share user data with third parties.
Complies fully with Google’s API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
SeoSamba confirms that this application complies with Google’s Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy, including the Limited Use of user data requirement.
The SeoSamba Looker Studio Connector uses the following OAuth scope:
www.googleapis.com/auth/script.external_request
This scope is required to allow the connector to make secure, real-time HTTP requests from Google Apps Script to each user's self-hosted SeoSamba CRM (SeoToaster) instance.
Users provide their own CRM domain and credentials directly within the connector interface. All data is accessed directly from the user's CRM system — no data is routed through or processed by SeoSamba servers at any time. The connector acts as a secure bridge between the user’s Looker Studio session and their privately hosted CRM environment.
Exception for urlFetchWhitelist: This connector dynamically fetches data from user-provided, self-hosted SeoSamba CRM domains specified by each user. Because target domains vary per user and cannot be predetermined, including them in a static urlFetchWhitelist is infeasible. All API calls occur in real time directly between the user’s Looker Studio session and their self-hosted CRM instance; SeoSamba does not store, cache, or otherwise process CRM data on our servers.
