To build a set of desktop and mobile banner ads (can be used across all accounts/locations then, and also for affiliation or remarketing)
Set up the campaigns to bid and saturate users in these buildings when they are browsing the net.
Video or graphic assets are needed as well to use to support these campaigns as it is not driven by search queries but rather pushed to web
