Thanks for your answer. Since you are comfortable deploying codes for this pilot, let's go through this together. Just keep on mind our production process wil be much simplier and won't require from you that kind of legwork thanks to our plugins and platforms.
Please read the following instructions. They are franchisee territory specific. In your case it means they apply to the relevant territory subfolders hosted on your main website.

Google My Business
We understand that your franchisees use their personal addresses to conduct business. We also understand these privacy concerns have led AA to relinquish marketing its location presence with Google My Business. We have a good news for you and your franchisee.
We use an approach with Google that let us create listings without divulging personal addresses. You can find a couple of examples of such listing we have created here;

Your franchisee's address won't show up, like on these listings and we will create a proper custom service area for each franchisee.
Action Required:
Please let us know what zip codes each of your pilot franchisees cover.
We will let you and the franchisee know once we have setup their listings, and what the next step is.
Your franchisees will need to verify that listing in order to activate it. Approximately 5 days after we created that listing , they will receive a postcard in the mail from Google that contains a 5- or 6- digit verification code, which we will need them to send us over.
Facebook
We are going to connect your social assets to enable collaborative posting to both your local franchisee business pages and their personal wall as they see fit.
Please add this profile to your connections https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100010852002143 and after your friend request is accepted, go to the Settings of the company page > Page Roles section > Assign a new Page role and find Kathy's profile in the list > Assign Admin role > Click Add.

We are going to connect your paid accounts in order to report and benchmark performance.
First, we need to access your Google Ads account. Please provide us your Google Ads account ID so we can send you an invitation and request access.

If you do not have an account, we will create it for you. We will share this access with you once our team has set up your campaigns. Keep in mind that you'll need to enter your billing information in the ad account in order to start the campaign.
Review Management
Review email & sms request sequence: We are going to help you manage your online reputation, and request reviews from your existing clients. We will also display a curated list of reviews in your franchisees subfolder. We will send you another code snippet to deploy once we have connected both Google My Business and Facebook to the platform.
